The Charents Arch, located just outside the village of Yeraskhavan, offers one of the most breathtaking panoramic views in Armenia.
From the arch, catch a glimpse of Mount Ararat, the sacred mountain that has significant cultural and religious meaning for Armenians, as well as for the people of the surrounding region. Named after the famous Armenian poet Yeghishe Charents, the arch is a favorite spot for photographers and travelers alike.
Charents, who was deeply connected to the Armenian national revival, is said to have frequented the site, inspired by the view of Ararat.
