Fly with the birds and soak in breath-taking panoramic views of the tropical coastline from rainforest to reef. Your flight can be tailored just for you – opt for some exhilarating aerobatics or simply enjoy gliding peacefully through the air. After 20mins of flying, land gracefully back on the beach, a soft and gentle return to earth after your sky-high adventure.

Location:
Wangetti Beach, at the end of Wangetti Beach Road, a 2 minute drive from Hartley’s Crocodile Adventures and Rex Lookout, a 30 minute drive from Port Douglas, and a 40 minute drive from Cairns. Car parking is available.

Transport:
Optional free return transfers from/to Cairns City are available for passengers (if required). Two timing options are available depending on tandem flight times.

• Option A: Pick-up at 11am & drop-off approx 4pm (suitable for tandem flights at 12pm, 12:30pm, 1pm, 1:30pm, 2pm).
• Option B: Pick-up at 1:30pm & drop-off approx 6:30pm (suitable for tandem flights at 2:30pm, 3pm, 3:30pm, 4pm, 4:30pm).

Booking is required - please select the relevant transport option when making your booking. Pick-up / drop-off location in Cairns City will be confirmed the day prior to scheduled tandem flight (please call to confirm).

Timing:
Arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled flight time. We recommend allowing at least 60 - 90mins from your scheduled booking time to allow for documentation, pre-flight briefing, possible weather-related delays and actual flying time.

Availability:
Tandem flights are available between June and September. Flights are available daily, typically between 12pm and 5pm.

Weather Considerations:
Tandem flights are weather dependent so there may be delays or changes to your flight if weather conditions are unsuitable for flying. We kindly ask for your patience, understanding and flexibility should this situation arise – the weather is out of our control and your safety is our top priority.
