Starting from Pokhara, a popular tourist hub, the trek initially leads through lush forests and picturesque villages. Krapudanda, known for its stunning views of the Annapurna and Machhapuchhre ranges, serves as an excellent spot for a break. Continuing towards Khwolasothar, you'll encounter diverse landscapes, including terraced fields and rhododendron forests.

The highlight of the trek is Sikles, a traditional Gurung village nestled amidst the mountains. Sikles offers cultural insights into the Gurung community, along with panoramic views of the Annapurna range. After exploring Sikles, the return trek to Pokhara completes the journey, providing a rewarding experience of Nepal's natural beauty and cultural heritage.

Itinerary

Day 1: Pokhara to Krapudanda (1,800 meters, 6-7 hours)
Start early from Pokhara drve to Tangting and trek to Krapudanda, the trail ascends gradually through beautiful forests and small villages. You’ll pass by terraced fields and enjoy scenic views of the Annapurna and Manaslu ranges.

Day 2: Krapudanda to Khwolasothar (2,000 meters, 5-6 hours)
Continue the trek from Krapudanda to Khwolasothar. The trail involves a mix of ascents and descents through dense forests and rhododendron groves. Stunning views of the Himalayas, lush forests, and diverse flora and fauna.

Day 3: Khwolasothar to Sikles (1981 meters, 5-6 hours)
Trek from Khwolasothar to Sikles, a traditional Gurung village. The path offers breathtaking views and an immersive cultural experience as you interact with local villagers. Gurung culture, traditional dances, and spectacular mountain vistas.

Day 4: Sikles to Pokhara (1,981 meters, 3-4 hours)
Descend back to Pokhara from Sikles by shearing jeep. The trail involves a combination of steep descents and gentle slopes, passing through terraced fields and forested areas. Scenic landscapes, rural life, and a rewarding return to the beautiful city of Pokhara. Trek end.
