Enjoy a hiking tour on the flanks of Mount Etna and through nature. You will go from breathtaking woods to desert landscapes, where you will admire poplars, beeches, birches, chestnuts, oaks and pine trees.
This excursion will include a hike to the south, southeast or north side of Mount Etna. During the tour, you'll be surrounded by breathtaking natural landscapes, ranging from woods to volcanic deserts.
You will be able to admire poplars, beeches, birches, chestnuts, oaks and pine trees. It will be possible to see some of the typical fauna of the volcano such as buzzards, hawks, eagles, foxes, wild rabbits and much more.
On the way, you will stop for a short picnic of local products. The excursion will end with a visit to a lava cave with helmets and torches. You might reach the different places of the tour on a jeep and so you can discover the unconventional paths of Etna and some of the rural routes known only by the locals.
