Hue Cooking Class with local family is a daily cooking class in Hue for foodies to learn how to cook the amazing dishes of Hue with a local English Speaking Chef
*** Itinerary:
- 9:30 or 14:00 our guide will pick you at your hotel in Hue center then go to local market. Here you can take as many pictures as you like and we buy fresh ingredient for your cooking class
- 10:30 or 15:00 We move to Cooking Class in Local Family to learn how to cook Vietnamese food with our local chef. This class is hands on cooking so you will prepare and cook yourself with our chef’s direction and assistance
- 12:00 or 16:30 you will have lunch or dinner with the food you cooked
- 13:00 or 17:30 Cooking Class end and return hotel

-Green mango salad with shrimp
-Chicken with lemon grass and chili
-Nem lui (pork on lemongrass skewer)
-Hue peanut dipping sauce

*** Children under 3 years old is free of charged and will not join in cooking and share all service with parents
