When you get off your cruise ship, please walk about 200 meters = 15 minutes from your cruise ship. You will see our tour guide holding a pickup sign with your name on it at the gate out of Tien Sa port.
From your cruise ship, we begin this tour by taking you for a quick stop at the Blue Lagoon to see fishermen's houses on stilts and oyster farms. Soon after that, we enjoy a scenic drive over Hai Van pass the most beautiful coastal road in Vietnam, featured in the special episode of BBC's Top Gear show in 2008
Next visit the Khai Dinh Tomb, a blend of Western and Eastern architecture constructed between 1920-1931. Then, enjoy lunch at a local specialty restaurant serving Hue-style dishes.
With a full stomach of local cuisine, continue to Hue’s main attraction, the Imperial Citadel. Once the home of the Nguyen Emperor, the citadel also contains the Forbidden Purple City.
