Experience hand-on cooking course in Hue with visiting local market to learn more about Vietnamese cooking and authentic Hue food.
*** Itinerary:
- 9:30 or 14:00 our guide will pick you at your hotel in Hue center then go to local market. Here you can take as many pictures as you like and we buy fresh ingredient for your cooking class
- 10:30 or 15:00 We move to Cooking Class in local Family to learn how to cook Vietnamese food with our local chef. This class is hands on cooking so you will prepare and cook yourself with our chef’s direction and assistance
- 12:30 or 17:00 you will have lunch or dinner with the food you cooked
- 13:30 or 18:00 Cooking Class end and return hotel

-Green mango salad with shrimp
-Chicken with lemon grass and chili
-Nem lui (bbq pork lemongrass)
-Hue peanut sauce
This menu can be changed a little bit due to ingredient availability
Vegan/Vegetarian in available upon request on on booking
Children under 4 years old will be free of charged and not join in cooking class, share all services and food with parents

Cancellations
Cancellation is not possible. If you cancel it anyway or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity and the money you paid will not be refunded.
