Upon arrival in A Luoi, the car will follow a small road to reach Hamburger Hill, the site of a tumultuous battle in May 1969 between US forces and the North Vietnamese Army over a 900m-high mountain.
From the mountain foot, embark on a sight-seeing trek passing through the forest to reach to the top. Enjoy a view over the valley, the old airport, and the landscapes surrounding the hill.
Trek back and have lunch at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, visit a village of Ta Oi ethnic minority featuring long houses on stilts, each of which shelters a few families of one clan.
