Description

Such a great full-day tour to explore the real countryside of the south of Hoi An and experience the local daily activities and have a chance to meet the local people.
While cruising along the Thu Bon river, we will head towards the Cua Dai estuary. On arrival at Duy Hai Fish market, you can stroll around and see how busy the market is! Also, you can have a talk with locals to know more about their daily life.

The next stop is the traditional craft village of Cua Khe fish sauce, which has existed for hundreds of years. Visit the fish sauce local company to know how fish sauce is made. The pungent smell of the fish sauce travels far away from the company; you will probably recognize it meters away. Entering the company, you will see some large wooden vats of water and salt in their 6 months to 1-year fermentation stages. Visit the Sampan distillery. The visit will begin with a welcome cocktail, which you can enjoy throughout the discovery of the distillery, accompanied by explanations on the development of our rum. From the harvest of sugar cane, and ancestral know-how in Viet Nam, to the production of rum, all these steps will be explained to you with passion.

The awakening of the senses continues with the tasting of our range of white rums in our cocktail bar.
