Itinerary: Exciting Day Trip to Can Gio
7:30 AM: Our friendly tour guides will pick you up from your conveniently located hotel in District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, to start your thrilling excursion to Can Gio, also known as Monkey Island.
Upon Arrival: We'll begin with a visit to the lush mangrove forest, home to over 1,000 playful monkeys. These curious creatures might even climb onto your shoulders, offering fantastic photo opportunities. Feel free to feed them and enjoy their antics in their natural habitat.
Next Stop: A short walk leads us to the crocodile conservation area. Here, you'll see large crocodiles preserved from the American War era. For the adventurous, there's an optional "Crocodile Fishing" experience that provides a unique glimpse into local life.
Following: We’ll board a fast motorboat to the historic “Sac” guerrilla camp, nestled deep in the jungle. This site offers a poignant view of Vietnam's wartime history and the struggles faced by both soldiers and civilians.
Lunch: Enjoy a delicious Vietnamese meal at a local restaurant, savoring traditional dishes in a pleasant setting.
Afternoon: Dive into the vibrant atmosphere of a bustling fish market, where you can explore fresh seafood like octopus, lobster, and ray, as well as dried seafood specialties. Afterward, relax at Can Gio Resort, which features a refreshing swimming pool and a nearby beach for a leisurely exploration.
5:30 PM: We’ll return to Ho Chi Minh City, concluding your day with new insights into the region’s wildlife, history, and culinary delights.

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
