Day 1: Ho Chi Minh City - Cai Be - Can Tho (Lunch)
- 7:30 AM: Begin your adventure with a hotel pickup from Ho Chi Minh City and head to Cai Be. On arrival, hop on a boat to explore the remnants of Cai Be’s once-famous floating market on the Tien River. Witness how local trade has evolved and marvel at the lush orchards that make this region the fruit basket of the Mekong.
- Wander through charming villages, admire a historic house, and gain insight into local life. Stop by a family-run workshop to see how coconut candies and crispy rice treats are made. Enjoy fresh tropical fruits and relax to the soothing sounds of Southern Vietnamese folk music—a true taste of Mekong culture.
- Then, paddle through serene canals, surrounded by the tranquil beauty of the Upper Mekong. Arriving at Tan Phong Island, soak in the peacefulness of nature. For lunch, join locals in preparing Vietnamese dishes and savor your meal in a lush garden setting.
- After lunch, enjoy a leisurely bike ride through orchard-lined village paths, where you’ll meet friendly locals and visit the ancient Ba Kiet House. In the late afternoon, board a boat back to Cai Be and transfer by bus to Can Tho, where you'll spend the night.

Day 2: Can Tho - Cai Rang Floating Market - Ho Chi Minh City (Breakfast/Lunch)
- After breakfast at your hotel, embark on a scenic boat ride to explore the tributaries of the Lower Mekong (Bassac River). Visit the bustling Cai Rang Floating Market, where vibrant colors and lively trade will amaze you.
- Take a guided tour of a traditional noodle factory before visiting the Munir Ansay Pagoda, a beautiful Khmer temple known for its unique architecture. Next, head to Con Son Island by boat, where you can stroll through lush fruit plantations and enjoy seasonal fruits fresh from the farm.
- After lunch, relax on the journey back to Ho Chi Minh City, filled with unforgettable memories of the Mekong Delta's rich culture and charm.
