ITINERARY
08:00 am – 08:30am – Meet the local guide at Phu My Port (Vung Tau city), transfer to Ho Chi Minh (75 km).
09:30 am - Get ready for a whole day to discover the city. Ho Chi Minh City – formerly named Saigon – is Vietnam’s largest city. Saigon is a fast-paced city with a unique mix of French colonial architecture, Chinese influences, a modern entrepreneurial spirit and numerous temples.
War Remnants Museum
The War Remnants Museum in Ho Chi Minh City first opened to the public in 1975. Once known as the ‘Museum of American War Crimes’, it's a shocking reminder of the long and brutal Vietnam War. Graphic photographs and American military equipment are on display.

Thien Hau Temple
One of the most important pagodas in the city, this richly decorated temple is dedicated to Thien Hau, the Goddess of the Sea and patron of sailors. She is said to travel over the oceans on a mat and ride the clouds to wherever she desires.

Settled in the late 18th century, this labyrinthine section of Ho Chi Minh City bustles with restaurants, temples, exotic stores, and Binh Tay market (This is the main marketplace in ChinaTown, where a great deal of wholesale trading occurs). Independence Palace
You will start your tour with The Reunification Palace, used to be the residence of the President of the Republic of Vietnam. On 30 April 1975, when a North Vietnam soldier set foot inside this building with a red flag on hand, the whole world knew that the Vietnam war was ending.

Central Post Office
The Central Post Office is a beautifully preserved remnant of French colonial times and perhaps the grandest post office in all of Southeast Asia. Located next door to Notre Dame Cathedral, the two cultural sites can be visited together and offers visitors a chance to imagine life in Vietnam during the times of the Indochinese Empire.

SEAPORT PICK-UP INSTRUCTION
1. There are several different ports in Phu My area (SSIT, SP-PSA, CMIT...), please check with cruise staff to define the correct seaport for the meeting point.
2. Vehicle is not allowed at the terminals. After passing customs, going through the MAIN EXIT GATE, walk along or use a free shuttle bus to the mentioned meeting point (500–900 m). You can ask for information at the assistance booth.
3. An assigned driver (with tour guide) will be waiting for you outside with a name sign.
4. Please call/message the hotline if you can’t locate your guide/driver.
When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
