Day 1: Dalat City – Cat Tien National Park
Morning: Our experienced driver and guide will pick you up from your hotel, ready to kickstart this exciting journey into nature.
En route, we'll make our first stop at the magnificent Pongour Waterfall, known for its grandeur as the largest waterfall in Da Lat. Witness the breathtaking volcanic cliffs, cascading white waters, and verdant green forests that surround this natural marvel. Don't miss the chance to visit a nearby coffee plantation and discover the secrets of coffee production, a globally cherished beverage.
Afternoon: Brace yourself for a thrilling river crossing as we hop aboard a boat to traverse the Dong Nai River, arriving at the gateway of Cat Tien National Park. This scenic river cruise sets the stage for an incredible wilderness experience.
Once inside the park, we'll embark on a 5km hike along an ecologically diverse trail, immersed in the embrace of the lush forest canopy. The trail is adorned with rare and majestic trees like Lagerstroemia Ovalfolia (Bang Lang), Tetrameles nudiflora (Tung), Cycas tumphii (Thien Tue), Ancistrolandus Tectorius (Trung Quan), and Afzelia cyclocarpa (Go). Our knowledgeable guide will share captivating insights into these unique species.
As the afternoon draws to a close, we'll return to the heart of the National Park, where a delectable dinner awaits.
19:00: Buckle up as we hop aboard a sturdy jeep and embark on an unforgettable night safari in the Ta Lai buffer zone. Day 2: Crocodile Lake & drop-off Ho Chi Minh city
In the morning, we hop on a jeep that takes us deeper into the park, reaching a junction where we veer off the main route for a 10 km trek to Crocodile Lake station. As we hike through the ancient, untouched forest, you'll have the chance to pause and capture the beauty of thousand-year-old trees.
Relax at the lakeside watching tower, where we may be fortunate enough to spot Gaurs, Green Peafowl, Bronze-winged Jacana, Lesser Adjutant, Purple Heron, Red-and-Black and Banded Broadbill, Orange-breasted Trogon... Afterward, we return to the center to check out.
In the afternoon if you choose to travel by motorbike. We will transfer you to 20 High Way, where you will board the bus. Rest assured, we've taken care of all the details, including booking your bus tickets and arranging convenient pick-up and drop-off locations.
If you choose to travel by private car, our driver will take you to Ho Chi Minh city and drop off at your requested hotel.

Information about Cat Tien National Park
Located approximately 150km from Ho Chi Minh City, Nam Cat Tien stands as one of Vietnam's largest protected areas, encompassing a vast expanse of wetlands and tropical forests spanning nearly 74,000 hectares. Divided into two sections by a meandering river, the larger portion stretches about fifty to sixty kilometers in both directions.
This extraordinary ecosystem boasts a remarkable biodiversity, harboring over fifty endangered species that have earned their place in the prestigious 'Red Book,' including the Siamese Crocodile and the Indochina Tiger.
The park's avian population is equally impressive, with over three hundred identified bird species thriving within its boundaries. Adding to its allure, Cat Tien is also home to a stunning collection of 62 different types of orchids.

To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
