Day 1: Hanoi – Mai Chau Valley (L,D)

Start with pickup from your hotel in the Old Quarter of Hanoi and travel to Mai Chau. Stop for a short break before arriving in Mai Chau. Enjoy a traditional lunch in a local village.

After lunch, go on a bicycle ride with your guide. See farmers working in fields, locals weaving scarves, and visit surrounding peaceful villages. Enjoy free time for bicycling, walking, and shopping.

In the evening, enjoy dinner and watch a traditional Thai dance. Drink the traditional wine “ruou can” before spending the night in a communal stilt house or bungalow.

Day 2: Mai Chau – Pu Luong (B,L,D)

Wake up and eat breakfast before driving 35 kilometers to Pu Luong Nature Reserve. Trek through the reserve to explore a stunning cave. Enjoy lunch in the village before riding back to Mai Chau through beautiful rural villages.

Say goodbye to the family and get on the bus to drive back to Hanoi. Arrive in Hanoi Old Quarter and get dropped off at your hotel.
