Explore Nature Pu Luong 2 Days 1 Night

One of the must-visit beautiful landscapes in Northwest Vietnam is Pu Luong. You will have the opportunity to personally experience mountain climbing and cloud hunting that takes place over 2 days.

Trekking, cloud hunting, and exploring the 1,700m-high Pu Luông peak with Motorbike Viet (camping)

One of the must-visit beautiful landscapes in Northwest Vietnam is Pu Luong. With a motorbike tour at Motorbike Viet, you will have the opportunity to personally experience mountain climbing and cloud hunting that takes place over 2 days 1 night.

Day 1:

7:00 AM: Breakfast at Homestay Hoa or at the Pu Luong Expats'Way Travel office.
7:30-8:00 AM: Tour guide and the group prepare trekking gear and head to the starting point of the journey to conquer Pu Luong peak, walking along the mountain foot, crossing the pristine pơ mu forest and encountering giant tree trunks. The distance is approximately 7km.
12:00 PM: The group reaches the 1,700m-high peak.
Take photos with the majestic three-winged angel tree against the infinite backdrop. Enjoy the view of the clouds, Quan Hoa town, and Na Meo border gate, and observe the neighboring Laos using binoculars or gazing at the clear blue sky.
Porters and our group gather firewood and set up a fire to prepare lunch, which includes grilled chicken/duck, grilled pork belly, served with sticky rice or bamboo rice.

1:30 PM: After cleaning up and disposing of rubbish to protect the environment, we continue the journey into the bamboo forest, walking along the bamboo forest to a rocky area near a stream where we will set up our camping site. Along the way, members and porters will gather wild vegetables and sour leaves to cook bamboo duck soup for the campfire dinner.
7:00 PM: After cleaning up, the group gathers for team-building activities (chill music, sharing thoughts and conversations with the guide).
9:30 PM: Members rest early after a long day in the jungle, preparing for the morning challenge.

Day 2:
6:00 AM: Our group wakes up early to prepare breakfast with the porter, making coffee with bamboo tubes and cooking breakfast consisting of fried eggs, pate, enjoyed with slices of bread, or optionally making vermicelli soup.
7:00 AM: The group dismantles the camp, packs up, and continues the trek through the bamboo forest to the grassy hill, overlooking the Báng village and the panoramic view of the Pu Luong tourist area.
11:30 AM: The group returns to the homestay for bathing and then has lunch, marking the end of the Pu Luong exploration journey.

1:00-1:30 PM: The group departs from Pu Luong and heads back to Hanoi.
6:30 PM: The Pu Luong exploration journey concludes, and the vehicle drops off the participants at their hotels in the Old Quarter area, bidding farewell until we meet again.

To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
