Tickets are valid for one-time entry to attractions
Ticket inclusions are subject to change
You may be required to verify proof of vaccination before you are allowed to enter to some attractions
All areas that customers touch are frequently cleaned
The number of visitors is limited to reduce crowds
You are required to bring and wear a mask
All participants who are over 12 years old must present proof that they have received at least one dose of a FDA or WHO-approved Covid-19 vaccine. Proof of vaccination may include the NYC COVID Safe App, Excelsior Pass, CDC Vaccination Card (or photo), NYC Vaccination Record, or official immunization record from outside NYC or the US
In addition to proof of vaccination, all participants who are over 18 years old must present a government-issued photo ID (e.g. driver’s license, passport, etc)
Present your CityPASS mobile ticket at each attraction to be scanned for entry.
Some attractions may require you to make advance timed reservations by phone or online as per instructions in the CityPASS Travel Guide link.
When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 48 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 48 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
