After you have made a booking, you will receive instructions on what you need to do to prepare for the game (where exactly to go, and how to download our immersive app to your phone). It is essential you receive this information prior to starting your adventure.
The hunt is self-guided so there will NOT be anyone to meet you at the start (though you will meet people during your adventure). Begin your adventure using the ClueKeeper app at the time/location of your booking. The mobile app will then guide you using GPS.
When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
