The Hoover Dam’s security protocols mandate that no carry-ons the size of a small backpack or larger are permitted. Please leave any luggage at your accommodation

If it is not possible to provide a planned inclusion of the tour with an admission cost, a partial refund will be offered, minus a processing fee. If the tour still takes place with a portion of the planned itinerary, you will not receive a refund, other than from excluded admissions

Please arrive at the designated pickup location 10 minutes before your scheduled departure time. Look for the tour bus with the National Park Express logo at the pickup area. Please call the reservations team at least 24 hours before your tour via Nation Park Express' emergency contact number to confirm your pickup location and time.
When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 48 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 48 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
