IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Please arrive 30 minutes early to allow time to park.
Bring a jacket and wear soft-soled shoes. No outside beverages are allowed on board.
All areas that customers touch are frequently cleaned

The number of visitors is limited to reduce crowds
You are required to bring and wear a mask
Pier 39, Gate J (next to the sea lions).
Pier 39 is just off The Embarcadero, near the intersection of Beach St, Grant Ave, and The Embarcadero. For your GPS, use 2 Beach St, San Francisco, CA, 94133. When you get to Pier39, stand on the sidewalk and look towards the water. Proceed through the main entrance to Pier39 shops, once inside head to your left out between the shops to the water (towards Golden Gate Bridge). Adventure Cat is at Gate J, located right next to the sea lion viewing area.
When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 48 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 48 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
