Tours start at Fisherman’s Wharf at Umbrella Alley. Private tours are limited to 5 adult riders per tuk-tuk (or 6 riders if the group includes children and adults).

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
• Tours are conducted in English
• Tours are limited to 5 riders per tuk-tuk (or 6 if the group includes children and adults)
• Children aged 3 and 4 are permitted only when a family reserves an entire tuk-tuk for a private group tour
• Tours are fully refundable if the reservation is canceled no less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled tour date and time. No-shows are charged in full
• Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled pickup time. The tuk-tuk drivers leave from the pickup location at the designated pickup time and cannot wait for late groups. If you are late, you will lose your reservation, and no refund or reschedule will be issued. No exceptions
• Child and booster seats are not provided
• Wheelchairs, walkers, luggage, or strollers cannot be accommodated or stored aboard the tuk-tuk
• This tour does not run on December 25 and January 1
• A Holiday Lights tour operates during December in place of this Night Tour
• No service animals, please

Arrive 5 minutes before departure time. All tours depart from and end at Umbrella Alley in Fisherman's Wharf.
When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 48 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 48 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
