Meet the shuttle at the corner of Mason Street & Beach Street. Please do not go into Tower Tours to ask for shuttle information as they will not be able to provide you with accurate information. If you have any questions about the shuttle location, please call the activity provider directly.
If you booked a 10:30 AM flight, the shuttle will arrive at 9:50 AM. If you booked an 11:30 AM flight, the shuttle will arrive at 10:45 AM. If you booked a 3:15 PM flight, the shuttle will arrive at 2:30 PM.
When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
