• You may take the San Francisco Bay cruise anytime you choose. A schedule of departure times will be sent to you after booking
• This activity will take place rain or shine
• These are two separate tours, which may be taken on different days
• Nights can be chilly and breezy on Alcatraz. Please dress warmly with long pants and warm jackets or windbreakers
Please arrive at Pier 33 (Alcatraz Landing) at least 30 minutes before the departure time and proceed directly to the boarding line.
The Bay Cruise is a separate tour and can be taken any day or time. A schedule of departure times will be sent to you. This tour departs from Pier 39 and you must exchange your voucher for a ticket at the Blue and Gold Fleet box office.
When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
