• As of August 16, 2021, New York City requires guests above 12-years old to provide proof of vaccination when dinning indoors. Please provide one of the following forms as proof of vaccination, the Excelsior Pass, the NYC COVID Safe App, a CDC Vaccination Card, or the NYC Vaccination Record
• Each private table is separated by Plexiglass dividers
• Due to Covid regulations, guests must consume food and beverages while seated at their private table. Masks are required if away from your assigned table in indoor spaces.
• Masks are not required when outdoors on the boat
• Please advise when booking if you are booking separate tickets for other members of your party and the tour operator will do their best to seat you together
• Only animals that perform a manual task to assist a person are permitted aboard (emotional support animals or pets are not permitted)
• Please advise when booking if you require assistance when boarding

Your cruise departs from Chelsea Piers, Pier 62, across from West 22nd Street and the Hudson River.
When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 48 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 48 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
