City Climb is the highest open-air building ascent in the world, giving climbers the chance to test their limits and see New York City in a whole new way. Climbers scale the outside of a skyscraper more than 1,200 feet (366 meters) above the ground, then lean out and look down from the highest outdoor platform in New York City.
The climb experience begins with suiting up and meeting your climb guides. The guides will walk you through the experience, ensure you are safe and comfortable in your Climbsuit, and keep the energy up as you head up to City Climb.
Next, climbers will enter base camp, where it is time to harness up and connect to the rail that will keep you firmly attached to the building for the duration of the climb.
Now, it is time to climb! Nothing can prepare you for the feeling of being the highest person in New York City. While you climb with a group, you lean out alone. With your adrenaline pumping and heart racing, you'll peer over the edge with the iconic city below.
From the adrenaline junkies to the more timid climbers, the experience is worth it and something you will absolutely never forget.

By purchasing this ticket, climbers confirm they are 13 years or older, between 4ft 9in - 6ft 7in (150-200 cm) in height, and weigh under 310 lbs (140.6 kg)
Climbers aged 13-17 must be accompanied by an adult (18+)
All climbers must have a blood alcohol level below 0.08 in order to participate in climb. If a climber refuses to be breathalyzed, they will not be able to participate and their ticket will not be refunded.
Closed toed shoes are necessary to climb (sneakers preferred)
City Climb will operate year-round in most weather conditions. However, high winds, heavy rain, lightning, and certain extreme temperatures, may cause us to delay or cease operations to ensure the safety of Climbers and Climb Guides.
Loose items are not permitted on Climb, including cell phones, cameras, wallets, etc. Secure lockers are available at no charge.
Spectators can purchase Edge tickets and watch climbers from the observation deck below
All areas that customers touch are frequently cleaned
• Entrances to The Shops and Restaurants at Hudson Yards are along 10th Avenue or via the Hudson Yards Plaza
• The 7 train exits at Hudson Yards Plaza at Hudson Boulevard at 34th Street Hudson Yards
• Follow signs inside The Shops at Hudson Yards to Edge/Observation Deck. The entrance to City Climb is located at the Edge store on Level 4 of The Shops at Hudson Yards.
When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
Cancellation is not possible. If you cancel it anyway or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity and the money you paid will not be refunded.
