• Your voucher does not guarantee seating, and the Hard Rock Cafe does not accept reservations. Seating is on a first come, first served basis. If you cannot be accommodated at your chosen time, your voucher will be honored for a different time or date
• Please present your printed voucher to your server, along with valid photo ID bearing the name of the lead traveler
• Your voucher must be shown at the Host Stand upon arrival for VIP priority seating. While priority seating moves your party to the head of the line, it does not guarantee immediate availability
• A kids menu (children under 11 years old) is available direct from the restaurant on the day of your meal
All areas that customers touch are frequently cleaned
The number of visitors is limited to reduce crowds
You are required to bring and wear a mask
You will receive a mandatory temperature check
All participants 5 and older must present proof that they have received two vaccine doses of an FDA or WHO-approved vaccine or one dose of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine. Proof of vaccination may include the NYC COVID Safe App, Excelsior Pass, CDC Vaccination Card (or photo), NYC Vaccination Record, or official immunization record from outside NYC or the US
In addition to proof of vaccination, all participants who are over 18 years old must present a government-issued photo ID (e.g. driver’s license, passport, etc)
Hard Rock Cafe, 1501 Broadway, Times Square (at the intersection of 43rd Street and Broadway/7th Avenue). Please enter the Hard Rock Cafe Rock Shop on arrival and proceed downstairs to the Host Stand to present your voucher for priority seating.
