There is a ramp that allows wheelchairs and strollers to access the boat. The only requirement is that you must also be able to board the boat without assistance.
For guests who do not have access to a car, hotel pickup from downtown New Orleans and the French Quarter is available - select the option "Covered Swamp Tour with Transportation". Pickup is about 1 hour and 15 minutes before the tour time shown for this option.
Please go to Adventures of Jean Lafitte, located approximately 40 minutes from New Orleans. Please note that cab and Uber services are not available in this area.
When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
