Audubon Zoo Tickets (not part of a combo) are valid for 1 entry only on your scheduled ticket date. Combination tickets can be redeemed first at any of the included attractions first
If you purchase the Audubon Zoo and Aquarium Combo Ticket, your have 3 days from your scheduled ticket date to visit the other attraction(s). If you purchase the Audubon 3-Attraction Combo Ticket, you have 5 days from your scheduled ticket date to visit the other attraction(s)
If entering the zoo first: Please go to the main entrance to the zoo at 6500 Magazine Street, New Orleans, LA 70118. Skip the line to purchase tickets and proceed with your barcoded ticket directly to the entry.
If entering the aquarium first: The Aquarium is located at 1 Canal Street, New Orleans, LA 70130. Enter the Aquarium from the Riverfront side of the building, skip the line to purchase tickets, and proceed upstairs with your barcoded ticket directly to the entry.
The Insectarium is located in the same building as the Aquarium. Please enter on the Riverfront side of the building, skip the line to purchase tickets, and proceed upstairs with your barcoded ticket directly to the entry. The Insectarium entry is to the right.
When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
