We recommend sunscreen in the summer and warm clothing in the winter. Due to the high speed of the boat it may get breezy and cool during the ride.
Children younger than 5 years of age are not allowed on this tour.
In cases of inclement weather, the airboat ride may be postponed or a covered boat ride may be substituted.
Foreign language tour guides are available for French and Spanish speakers at additional cost.
Lunch is not included but there is the opportunity to purchase snacks and drinks at the gift shop.

Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
