• Tours take place rain or shine. Ponchos are provided in the event of rain while touring. Tours can be canceled at the operators discretion due to inclement weather.
• If there is a chance of bad weather during your tour, the local partner will contact your group 1-2 hours before your tour time to discuss options. If tour is canceled, a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule (pending availability) will be provided.

• Riders under the influence of drugs or alcohol are not allowed.
• No pregnant riders permitted.
• All riders must be at least 12 years old.

When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
