Description

The Edge Of Canyonlands Extended Helicopter Tour is a private flight around the majestic red rocks and arches of Moab, Utah. Your private helicopter flight includes extensive descriptions of the incredible canyons, arches, and towers in Moab.
First, arrive at Canyonlands Field Airport in Moab to check-in for your private helicopter tour. After a safety briefing, you will board your helicopter and depart the airport for your amazing scenic tour. Shortly after departing the airport, arrive at the tall spires of Determination Towers and the expansive Gemini Bridges.

On your way to Deadhorse Point State Park, see several arches and Thelma and Louise Point, where the final scene of the movie was filmed. After taking in the expansive views of Deadhorse Point, you will fly to the eastern side of the Island in the Sky District of Canyonlands National Park and see the Colorado River winding through the canyons. Fly down Kane Creek Canyon and, if the weather permits, dip below the canyon walls. Next, fly into the Behind the Rocks Wilderness before heading to the amazing Castleton Tower. If you're on the 45-minute tour, you will head back to the airport.

On the 60-minute tour only, your pilot will then fly over the world-famous Hell's Revenge Jeep Trail where you will see jeeps galore and the Colorado River canyon. On the way back to the airport, see the massive Corona Arch, Jeep Arch, and Uranium Arch along the way.

Scenic tours may be cancelled or rescheduled due to poor weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances such as maintenance
All passengers will be discretely weighed during the check-in process
Individual passenger weight cannot exceed 299 pounds, or the passenger will not be allowed to participate
The total passenger weight of all passengers cannot exceed 600 pounds
Meet at Canyonlands Field Airport. Check in at the Redtail Air/Pinnacle Helicopters desk inside the main terminal building. No parking fees are required. Restrooms will be available prior to your flight.

Cancellations

Cancellation is not possible. If you cancel it anyway or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity and the money you paid will not be refunded.
