2. This tour requires a minimum number of travelers; if the tour is canceled because of this requirement, you will be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.
3. Professional cameras and/or video recording are not permitted during the guided tour of Antelope Canyon.
4. Antelope Canyon requires climbing moderately steep stairs with minimal assistance.
5. To reach Horseshoe Bend Overlook, you will take a 1.5-mi (2.4-km) round-trip walk over sand and flat rocks with a slight incline.

Important: Please be aware that the departure times vary depending on the date:
From November 5, 2023, to March 11, 2024, departures will be at 4:00 AM.
From March 12, 2023, to November 4, 2023, departures will be at 5:45 AM.

Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
