IMPORTANT INFORMATION
• Infant children are considered a lap child if they are under the age of 2 and have proof of age, such as a passport or a copy of their birth certificate
• All passengers 18 years of age and older must present a government-issued photo ID
• For comfort and weight/balance of the aircraft, passengers weighing 300 pounds or more will be required to purchase an additional seat. This is payable directly to the tour operator on the day of the tour
• Hotel transfers are available from select hotels on the Las Vegas Strip and Downtown. To schedule hotel transfers call the local supplier.
• The audio commentary is in Mandarin, Cantonese, Dutch, English, French, German, Greek, Indonesian, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Spanish, Swedish, Thai, and Russian
Hotel pickup and drop-off to select hotels by Shuttle bus, MUST call the local supplier to schedule. Pick-up from select hotels on the Las Vegas Strip and Downtown area ranges from 80 to 130 minutes before flight departure (times are based on hotel location, time of day, and traffic conditions)
Customers must arrive 45 minutes to the Airport prior to the schedule flight for check-in.
