Set on 14 acres in the Museum District, minutes from Downtown and the Texas Medical Center, the Museum is home to more than 70,000 works of art spanning 5,000 years and seven continents.
Inside three unique buildings, the Museum presents art from the Americas, including contemporary Latin American art, plus European and Modern art, as well as work from the Middle East, Asia, and Africa.
The campus also features an urban sculpture garden, the MFA Shop, the casual Café Leonelli, and the celebrated restaurant Le Jardinier.

The Museum is open from Wednesday to Sunday, closed Monday and Tuesday

Food and drinks are not allowed inside the Museum of galleries.

Guests arriving via shared ride or taxi, can be dropped off and picked up at the covered porte cochere drop-off at the Audrey Jones Beck Building (5601 Main St, Houston, TX 77005). If guests are driving themselves, we suggest parking in any of our three garages: an above-ground garage at 1144 Binz Street; an underground garage at 5101 Montrose Boulevard; and an underground garage at 5500 Main Street.
When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
