• If your Luau is canceled due to poor weather, you'll be offered a different date or a refund.
• Seats are pre-assigned. If you're traveling with other parties and wish to be seated together, advanced arrangement with the local partner is required. Check-in time is at 4:30 PM.
• Gratuities/tips and parking fees ($5) are to be paid at the time of tour check-in
• Souvenir photos are available to purchase
Currently, there are the following COVID-19 restrictions in place:
• It is only possible to seat up to 10 people per table in the same party. When there is more than 10 people, multiple tables will be set up next to each other.
• The Imu Ceremony is suspended
• All pre and post-close contact activities including arts and craft and group hula lessons are suspended
• Food and beverage will be served by hotel staff. Bar access will be limited
The number of visitors is limited to reduce crowds

When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 48 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 48 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
