This high elevation run often drops too low for rafting during late summer, in which case you will be offered a lower Clear Creek canyon trip

Participants must be strong swimmers and be used to physical activity
Participants 18 years or older are required to sign their own waivers and minors will need to have a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian
Meet at Downstream Adventures Rafting, 409 Park Ave, Empire, CO 80438, USA. Traveling east or west on I-70, take exit 232 and follow US-40 West to the town of Empire. The local partner is in the second building on your right as you enter town. Map services such as Google Maps may recommend that you use the address: 409 Park Avenue, Idaho Springs, CO. Please note that I-70 can have heavy traffic, so it is best to check travel conditions when planning your drive.
When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 48 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 48 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
