Meet your captain at least 5-10 minutes prior to the start of your tour. The captain will introduce themselves and assist with any questions or concerns you or your group will have. Then, board the boat and get settled.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Please meet your captain before the "La Playa Market Place." This is located near the adult-only pool on the property. Your captain will meet you there and walk down to the vessel with you and your party.
*We highly recommend using the restrooms before the excursion, as there are no public restrooms on the bay.
When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
