Boarding begins 30 minutes prior to departure
Attire should be smart-casual. Jackets and cocktail attire are strongly suggested for the dinner cruise
No jeans, shorts, tank tops, halter-tops, t-shirts, gym shoes, or flip-flops are to be worn on the cruise

All interior areas of the ship are non-smoking. Guests who smoke may do so on the outdoor observation decks only
In order to guarantee that your group can be seated together, please make sure to make just one reservation for your entire party. If members of your group make separate reservations, the activity provider cannot guarantee that you will be seated together
Your cruise departs from Navy Pier. Enter Navy Pier dock on the right side as you enter. The Odyssey will be located halfway down this south side dock. Please check-in at the Odyssey ticket booth, located near the sign for the Shakespeare Theatre.
When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
