Smoking is prohibited onboard to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests.
Children 6 and up only: All children must be supervised by an adult at all times. Flat, non-marking shoes are required for children and adults alike.
No pets: To ensure a comfortable environment for all guests, pets are not allowed onboard.
Notify us of any mobility issues: If any guests have mobility concerns, please inform us in advance so we can accommodate their needs.
Respect for crew and guests: Please be courteous to our crew and other passengers to maintain a positive atmosphere.
Safety first: Our crew will provide a safety briefing before departure. Life jackets are available for all guests.
Footwear: Soft-soled, non-marking shoes are preferred to protect the deck.
The meeting point for your sail is at Shem Creek, located along the boardwalk between Water's Edge restaurant and Mount Pleasant Seafood. Look for our sign at the top of the walkway that leads down to the lower dock. The Palmetto Breeze crew will be there to greet you. You’ll recognize us by our branded shirts and friendly smiles! Be sure to arrive 15 minutes early for check-in.
Landmark to Look Out For: You’ll know you’re in the right place when you see the vibrant waterfront atmosphere of Shem Creek and the boardwalk lined with charming restaurants and boats. Keep an eye out for the Water's Edge restaurant sign as a key landmark.
When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
