• Summer hours (April 1 to September 30): weekdays 9 AM-5 PM, weekends and major holidays 9 AM-6 PM
• Winter hours (October 1 - March 31): 9 AM-4 PM
• Last entry is 1 hour before closing
• Tickets are free for infants under 2. Their complimentary tickets must be picked up onsite at the Zoo box office
• Parking is free
• Members are free and do not need to book a ticket. Please present your member ID at the box office

When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
