• All visitors must have a ticket, including children 5 and under
• All visitors must pass through security and this line cannot be skipped
• The observatory is open rain, snow, or shine
• Customized itineraries will be delivered to you digitally
• Reservations for The Beacon Restaurant can be made on Open Table. A ticket to View Boston is required to access the restaurant
• Standard and Combination Tour Tickets are timed tickets. Please be sure to arrive with plenty of time for your chosen entry time.
• All-Inclusive Tickets are “flexible time” tickets, so you can arrive at any time during opening hours, up to 1 hour before closing time, on the day you have booked for your visit. Operating hours are from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM
You must exchange your voucher at the Ticketing Center kiosk to choose your entry time. The Ticketing Center is located just off Center Court between Polo Ralph Lauren and Vineyard Vine.
When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
