Enjoy Bath's fabulous Christmas Market on our small group tour from Stratford-upon-Avon or Moreton-in-Marsh. On the way, we'll stop in Castle Combe, often voted the prettiest village in the Cotswolds!
Experience the magic of the Cotswolds, and the UNESCO World Heritage city of Bath on this full day small group tour departing from Stratford-upon-Avon or Moreton-in-Marsh.
Pick up points for this tour are in Stratford-upon-Avon town centre (9.00AM) or at Moreton-in-Marsh rail station (9.30AM). After boarding our luxury 17-seater Mercedes mini-coach, you'll travel in comfort and style as we take a magical drive through the Cotswolds to our first stop: Castle Combe.
Often voted "the prettiest village in England", walking through the streets of tiny Castle Combe feels like stepping back in time, or walking through a film set! Indeed, Castle Combe, with its centuries-old cottages and stunning Cotswold architecture has featured in period movies including War Horse and Dr Doolittle.
Then, it's on to the lovely city of Bath, where you'll have over 4 hours to explore. It's beautiful at any time of year, but from late November to mid-December, Bath really sparkles as it plays host to one of the UK's biggest and best Christmas markets. The city's lovely Georgian streets will be lined with over 170 festive market stalls, bursting with delicious street food and drinks, Christmas gifts, homewares, handmade jewellery and treats. You can shop 'til you drop, or perhaps use your time to visit some of Bath's main attractions, including the famous Roman Baths, Bath Abbey or the Jane Austen Centre (admission not included).
We'll depart Bath at approximately 5.00PM - it'll be dark by then, so you can enjoy the lovely Christmas lights before we leave! The tour returns to Moreton-in-Marsh by 6.45PM, or to Stratford-upon-Avon by 7.15PM.

• If you select the Stratford-upon-Avon option, meet at Shakespeare's Birthplace Coach Terminal at 08.50 for departure by 09.00. We will then travel to Moreton-in-Marsh.
• If you select the Moreton-in-Marsh option, meet at Moreton-in-Marsh train station at 09.25 for departure by 09.30.
• We will drop passengers off at Moreton-in-Marsh by 18.45, and Stratford-upon-Avon by 19.15.
• This tour operates in all weather conditions, except dangerous weather

Shakespeare's Birthplace Coach Terminal is located on Windsor Street, around the corner from Shakespeare's Birthplace itself (which is on Henley Street). It is well signposted. Our minibus is very easy to spot, with cheerful, bright green and purple Go Cotswolds branding. Our guides wear purple, green or blue Go Cotswolds-branded clothing.
When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
