• Use the Vox City app to track the location of the guides and your nearest joining point
• Guided day tours depart daily from 10:30 AM-04:30 PM, every 60 minutes
• Guided evening tours depart on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays, at 05:45 PM
• All self-guided walking itineraries are accessible at any time, day or night
• This tour requires you to use your own mobile device and headphones at all times; further download instructions can be found on your voucher
• Child tickets cannot be purchased without an adult. Maximum of 2 children are allowed per adult

When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 48 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 48 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
