1). Once you have booked you will receive an email from Solve The City with details of how to download the app you will need for your adventure AND an email with a unique code needed. It is vital you read these emails and follow your game setup instructions.

The hunt is self-guided so there will NOT be anyone to meet you at the start (though you will meet people during your adventure). Begin your adventure using the ClueKeeper app at the time/location of your booking. The mobile app will then guide you using GPS.
When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
