You may fly if you:
- Weigh less than 18 stone and 7 pounds / 117kg (contact iFLY directly if you weigh more than this)
- Are not pregnant
- Have not previously dislocated your shoulder
- Are not under the influence of alcohol or non-prescribed drugs
- Are not wearing a hard cast.

It is vital that you arrive for check-in at least 45mins prior to your booked flight time.
So, if you're booked flight time is 3pm, you should arrive no later than 2.15pm. This is so that we can get you geared up, ready for your flight time.
We operate a manifest in the same way you would expect an airline to work; it is therefore advised you arrive early, leaving plenty of time for any unexpected delays.
Experience is suitable for ages 3 and above
You must arrive at the meeting point at least 45mins prior to your booked flight time.
When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
Cancellation is not possible. If you cancel it anyway or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity and the money you paid will not be refunded.
