• This tour is not recommended for people with limited mobility
• There are a large number of steps throughout the Tower with cobbles laid in some of the surfaces and pathways. There are some low doorways
• Parts of the Tower are not pushchair friendly due to the cobbled ground. Buggy parks are located in few areas
• During the winter it can get really cold so please wear warm
• Comfortable shoes are recommended
• Children must be accompanied by an adult
The meeting point is at the Tower of London, right outside the "Learning and Community Groups Meeting Point” (next to the Tower of London ticket booth) on the slope. The guide will be holding a sign with the customer's name.
