Description

New for 2024! You can now visit two UNESCO World Heritage Sites, beautiful Bath & iconic Stonehenge, in one day, departing from Shakespeare's Stratford-on-Avon, or Moreton-in-Marsh in the Cotswolds.
After collecting our tour guests from the centre of Stratford-upon-Avon (8.30AM) or from Moreton-in-Marsh railway station (9.00AM), your fun, friendly local tour guide will expertly drive you through the narrow country lanes of the Cotswolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The journey to our first stop - the beautiful city of Bath - takes around 2 hours, so sit back, relax and take in the views as your guide provides local stories and information en route.

Arriving in Bath, we'll make a short stop (15 mins) at The Royal Crescent. Widely regarded as the greatest example of Georgian architecture in England, this stunning curved terrace of beautiful Bath stone buildings is the perfect place for photo opportunities.

Transporting you to the heart of the city of Bath, your guide will drop you off near to the famous Bath Abbey and Roman Baths. You'll have around 2.5 hours to explore this historic city and take lunch at your leisure. Join your guide for an optional 45-minute walking tour, too. Lunch isn't included in the tour, so you're welcome to bring a picnic or eat where you like - we'll point our our favourite lunch spots and recommendations of things to see and do.

Next, we're off to the iconic Stonehenge! This ancient monument and UNESCO World Heritage Site is one of the world's greatest prehistoric sites, and a must-see on any bucket list! Admission to Stonehenge is not included in the price of the tour, but we'll pre-book your ticket and take payment from you on the day to ensure you get the best price - budget an extra £12-18 for children and £20-28 for adults, and bring cash or a payment card. General Admission to Stonehenge includes a visit to the stone circle, and access to the fabulous visitor centre, where 4000-year old civilisations are brought to life through multimedia exhibits and a reconstructed neolithic village.

You'll have around 1.5 hours to explore the Stonehenge site, and there's a cafe and gift shop on site too, for snacks and souvenirs. Then, sit back, relax in our spacious, comfortable Mercedes minibus as we chauffeur you back through the heart of the Cotswolds to return you to Moreton-in-Marsh or Stratford-upon-Avon.
