~ Day 1:

Meet up at the Uganda Post Office—the earlier, the better! At 8 sharp, your guide will be waiting, dressed in a greenish-khaki safari outfit with the Goodfolks Safari logo and, perhaps, blue jeans. Don’t worry, you can’t miss them!
--- 9:00 - 10:00am
Kick off your day with a mouthwatering Kampala city breakfast and dive into the lively Old Taxi Park.
As you wait for your 16-seater taxi to fill up, soak in the vibrant chaos and local charm. An adventure not easily forgotten.
--- 10:00 - 12:00am
Hit the road with a mid-journey stop at Luwero, the pineapple hub of Uganda. Pop open a bottle of Coca-Cola or water, and savor some roasted plantain and perfectly grilled beef or chicken. Then, hop back on another taxi to your final destination — a delicious adventure to linger.

Enjoy local delicacies at a nearby restaurant in Nakitoma, just minutes from the Rhino Sanctuary.
Take a boda (motorcycle) ride to the Ziwa Rhino Fund headquarters, arriving just in time for a briefing before the rhino trek.
--- 2:00 - 5:00pm
Explore the sanctuary, encountering diverse wildlife, and culminate your adventure with the thrilling sight of the majestic rhino in its natural habitat.
--- 6:00pm till morning,
Pitch tent and camp overnight, wake up to a marvelous dawn and hop on a canoe for a birdwatching cruise, with a good chance of spotting the iconic shoebill—nature’s very own dinosaur!
~ Day 2:
--- 8:00 - 9:00am
After the canoe ride, head back to Nakitoma town for a delightful breakfast and more exciting adventures!
--- 9:30 - 1:00am
Take a thrilling ride to Kafu Bridge, famous for its unique roasted cassava and barbecue. Savor a bite, then wander through remote cattle farmlands. Explore man-made dams and lakes, interacting with friendly villagers along the way—an adventure like no other!
--- 1:00 - 2:00pm
Take a break for lunch before heading back to Kampala. Enjoy the meal and recharge for the journey ahead...
--- 2:30 - 4:00pm
A swift two-and-a-half-hour drive will bring you back to Kampala City, leaving you with a newfound appreciation for true travel. If you’re ready for another adventure, re-book soon before others like you fill up our slots.

When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
