Embark on an 8-day safari in Uganda and experience the thrill of tracking chimpanzees in Kibale Forest and gorillas in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park.
Day 1: Pick up and Transfer to Lake Mburo National Park
Be picked up at your hotel or the airport. Head to western Uganda, with your first stopover at the equator located in Kayabwe. Have a photo moment, then proceed to the park with lunch in Mbarara. Check in at Mburo Safari Lodge and relax for the evening. Enjoy dinner and overnight and full board accommodation.

Day 2: Morning Game Drive and Afternoon Boat Cruise
After breakfast, embark on a game drive that will reward you with a number of opportunities to see and encounter a number of animals. Head to the hotel for lunch then an afternoon boat cruise along Lake Mburo. Dinner and overnight stay at Mburo Safari Lodge.

Day 3: Transfer to Bwindi National Park
Drive to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park with a stop for lunch en-route. Check in at Bahoma Community Haven Lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 4: Ultimate Gorilla Tracking Experience
After an early morning breakfast, drive to the gorilla tracking briefing point along with your packed lunch. After the briefing, set off to meet the beautiful giants in the forest. Return to the lodge after, in the evening if time is available, you could also have a walk in the Batwa community and see how they live. Dinner and overnight at Bahoma Community Haven Lodge.

Day 5: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park
After breakfast, transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park via Ishasha sector with en route lunch. Spot the lions hanging on the trees and other animals like the elephants, giraffes. Dinner and overnight stay at Baboon Safari Resort.

Day 6: Morning Game Drive, Afternoon Boat Cruise & Transfer to Kibale NP
After an early morning breakfast, embark on a game drive through the Kasenyi plains trail for morning preys as they return to their habitats like the lions, buffaloes, elephants, Uganda kobs, warthogs, waterbucks, leopards, and crater lakes. After lunch, have an afternoon boat cruise along the Kazinga Channel that connects Lake George and Lake Edward.
Drive to Kibale National Park in the evening, check in at Kibale Forest Camp for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 7: Ultimate Chimpanzee Tracking
After an early morning breakfast, be briefed and start on chimpanzee tracking as well as bird watching which gives you the best African classic safari experience which engages all your senses with such a beautiful scenery. Your walk through the most beautiful and tropical forests offers you the most outstanding moments as you will encounter and see a number of birds like the tinker bird, the great blue turaco, and many others.
Have lunch at any restaurant in the park then later return to the Kibale Forest Camp for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 8: Drive Back to Kampala
Wake up early in the morning with breakfast, then drive back to Kampala. Be on this last day of the trip driving to Kampala with the lunch en route. The guide as will take you back to your hotel or the airport.

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
