Embark on a 13-day safari tour of Uganda's national parks and forests. Explore the country's diverse wildlife and natural beauty, and visit the source of the River Nile in Jinja.

DAY 1
Arrive in Entebbe and transfer to your hotel in Kampala. Depending on your arrival time, you can opt to do a short Kampala day tour that will see you visit the Uganda Museum, the Kasubi Tombs, the Bahai Temple, and the Buganda road crafts market.

DAY 2
Depart to Murchison Falls National Park via Masindi Town. Stop in Masindi Town for lunch then proceed to the Murchison Falls, also locally known as the Kabalega Falls. Check-in and enjoy dinner and an overnight stay at the lodge or tented camp.

DAY 3
Go for a half-day game drive in the national park after having an early breakfast. Some of the wildlife you are likely to spot are elephants, lions, Rothschild giraffe, waterbucks, and a variety of Savannah woodland birds.

DAY 4
Depart for Fort Portal where the Semliki and Kibale Forest National Parks are situated. Enjoy dinner and an overnight stay at the lodge.

DAY 5
Depart for Kibale Forest National Park, famed for the diverse number of primates at the park. A guide will be on hand to take you around for a nature walk around the park as you track the chimpanzees.

DAY 6
Depart for Queen Elizabeth National Park. Enjoy a morning game drive and visit the Kazinga Channel that connects Lake Edward and Lake George for an opportunity to view hippos, crocodiles, and different species of birds in their natural habitat.

DAY 7
Depart for Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park, a well-recognized habitat for mountain gorillas.

DAY 8
Start Gorilla trekking in the Bwindi Forest. Depart for Lake Bunyonyi and check in at the lodge.

DAY 9
Have breakfast at the lodge prior to kicking off the day’s expedition. Lake Bunyonyi includes a wide array which range from birding tours, nature walk, cycling, or canoeing on the lake itself.

DAY 10
Depart for Lake Mburo National Park. Enjoy a game drive through the park.

DAY 11
Depart for Kampala en-route to Jinja. Stopover in Masaka for a photo opportunity at the equator.

DAY 12
Visit the source of the River Nile, rafting on the River Nile, bungee jumping, and quad bike safaris along the banks of the River Nile.

DAY 13
Travel to Kampala en-route to Entebbe International Airport for your home-bound flight. Depending on the time of your flight, a luncheon for “meat lovers” will be organized at either the Carnivore restaurant in Kampala of Gaucho Grill along Entebbe road.
