Get to experience the thrill of trekking through lush forests to encounter the endangered mountain gorillas in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest and track playful chimpanzees in Kibale National Park.
Day 1: Begin your adventure with a scenic 8-10 hour drive from Entebbe to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, passing through diverse landscapes and picturesque villages. Upon arrival, check into your lodge and prepare for the gorilla trekking ahead.

Day 2: Experience the thrill of gorilla trekking in Bwindi. After a briefing, you'll embark on a challenging trek through dense forest to observe mountain gorillas in their natural habitat. In the afternoon, optional cultural activities are available.

Day 3: Travel from Bwindi to Kibale National Park, a 2.5 to 3-hour drive through the Ugandan countryside. Relax at your lodge and prepare for the next day's chimpanzee trekking.

Day 4: Track chimpanzees in Kibale National Park, with a chance to observe their behavior up close. In the afternoon, an optional visit to Bigodi Wetland Sanctuary offers further wildlife and birdwatching opportunities.

Day 5: Conclude your safari with a scenic drive back to Entebbe, passing through tea plantations and rolling hills, arriving in the early afternoon.

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
